“I am so grateful to be part of Eve’s Metta for Self Group this fall. It has been one of the deepest and most uplifting groups I have participated in. Eve’s incorporates her music which is such a gift and brings in so many wonderful heart practices she herself has used over the years that truly deepen Lovingkindness “Metta” for Self. Each week we come together and what I feel is deep is gratitude to have found this group. Thank you, Eve!” – 2014 Metta-for-Self group participant
